Customer Service and Returns
Should a product show a defect within the warranty period, please contact us. You will then receive the address to send the product to us at the customers expense. After we have determined the defect, we repair or replace the product as soon as possible. This can take one to four weeks. Shipping of the repaired or replaced product will be free of charge for the customer.
Consumers may return purchased products to us for no more than 14 days after purchase at customers expense. If you wish to return a product, you must notify us within 14 days. You will then receive from us the address to which you may return the product. Products may be removed from packaging, but must be returned unused, as new, in undamaged packaging (same as the original packaging) and complete with all accessories. If we find defects or if the product has not returned within 14 days after registration, the full purchase value will not be credited.
