The Coron JFM‑100 is a rare Japanese-made analog pedal combining a deep, warm flanger with a creative filter matrix. It uses the vintage Reticon SAD1024 bucket-brigade chip, prized for its smooth and organic modulation character. Controls include Speed (LFO rate), Width (depth), Feedback (resonance), Jet Level (distortion amount), plus a Width Shift toggle that doubles or halves the delay time to switch between flanger and chorus-style sounds. A Filter Matrix switch turns the LFO on or off for manual, static filtering effects, and separate footswitches let you engage the flanger effect or activate the Jet distortion independently. The unit supports both jet-like sweep effects and atmospheric, frozen modulations—ideal for lush soundscapes or psychedelic tones. The pedal runs on either two 9 V batteries or an 18 V DC (or 12–20 V AC) adapter (with standard Boss-style 2.1 mm jack).
This particular example has been professionally serviced and fully restored: the original internal parts are preserved in a plastic bag inside the housing for authenticity. The flanger section is fully functional, including both Width Shift positions, and the Jet booster works cleanly and robustly.
