The Akai E1 Headrush is a versatile digital delay, echo, and looper pedal that has earned a cult following for its intuitive operation and musical sound. The control layout consists of Delay Time, Repeat, and Level knobs, allowing precise adjustment of echo length, feedback amount, and effect volume. A rotary mode selector switches between delay, tape-style echo, and loop functions.
