The Blackstar HT Dual Valve Distortion is a high-gain distortion pedal that combines genuine tube-driven performance with the flexibility of a two-channel design. Featuring a real ECC83/12AX7 preamp valve running at high voltage, the HT Dual delivers the dynamics, compression, and harmonic richness associated with a valve amplifier, making it suitable for everything from classic rock to modern high-gain tones.

Each channel features its own Gain and Volume controls, allowing users to switch between two independently adjustable distortion levels. Blackstar's patented ISF (Infinite Shape Feature) control provides a wide tonal range, enabling seamless adjustment from tighter American-style voicing to the warmer, mid-focused character of classic British amplifiers. Bass and Treble controls offer further tone shaping, while the speaker-emulated output allows for direct connection to recording equipment or a mixing console.

Built with a rugged metal enclosure, the HT Dual is equally at home on stage and in the studio. This example includes the original Blackstar power supply, ensuring the pedal operates at the correct high-voltage specification required for its valve circuitry.
