The DOD 270 A-B Box is a simple, rugged switcher designed to route a single input to two outputs or vice versa — perfect for switching between two amps, two instruments, or signal paths. This particular unit includes a professionally added third jack, providing additional routing flexibility.
In this configuration, the A output and the extra jack are hardwired together, meaning any signal sent to one also goes to the other. This is ideal for splitting your signal to two destinations simultaneously without needing an active splitter or Y-cable. Whether you're running stereo amps, recording dry and wet signals, or sending your signal to a tuner or secondary chain, this modified version adds practical functionality.
The 270 features a single footswitch and LED indicator, housed in DOD's classic metal enclosure. It’s passive, so it doesn't require power to function unless you want the LED active (standard 9V battery or adapter). Built to last and simple to use.
