The Boss CE-300 Super Chorus is a vintage 19-inch rackmount analog chorus processor from the mid-1980s, made in Japan. Designed for studio and stage use, it delivers the warm, spacious modulation associated with classic analog Boss chorus effects, with considerably more control than a conventional compact chorus pedal.

The CE-300 uses two independent chorus circuits to create a wide, full stereo effect, while mono operation can produce a deeper, more concentrated chorus character. The front panel provides Input Level, Modulation Rate, Modulation Depth, Chorus Tone and Chorus Level controls. This allows precise adjustment of everything from gentle, smooth modulation to deeper and brighter chorus textures. Built-in noise-reduction circuitry helps maintain a clean signal even with more pronounced effect settings.

Stereo outputs make the CE-300 particularly effective for creating a broad spatial image with two amplifiers, a mixing console or studio equipment. Direct Mute and Effect switching provide additional control over the processed and direct signals, while a remote connection allows the effect to be switched externally. Its 1U 19-inch format reflects the professional rack equipment designs of its era.

As an amateur, fitting in the Boss SD-1 Super Overdrive is complicated. With the POD 2.0 alone there are so many variables, and more so with the SD-1. To play along with Tool's 'Pneuma' took me 10 minutes to arrive at the right sounds, sort of. The SD-1 is a less powerful apparatus than I expected, but in time we will be friends I guess.

Mooie wah/fuzz , klinkt meer dan prima . Het enige nadeel is dat je de fuzz niet apart kunt gebruiken en de volgorde wah/fuzz of fuzz/wah niet kunt omschakelen . Is voor de rest ook geen probleem , maar het was mooi geweest als het kon .
