The Ibanez TS9DX Turbo Tube Screamer is a Made in Japan overdrive pedal that expands the classic TS9 Tube Screamer platform with extra gain and low-end options. Alongside the familiar TS9 mode, it offers +, Hot, and Turbo settings for progressively fuller, thicker drive sounds.
With Drive, Tone, Level, and Mode controls, the TS9DX works well as a smooth blues overdrive, a mid-focused boost for tube amps, or a higher-gain overdrive with added body. Its classic Tube Screamer character makes it especially useful for tightening an amp, pushing solos forward, or adding warm harmonic grit without losing note definition.
